The Core Torso Rotation F1 enables isolated and practical training of the rotators of the spinal muscles and the oblique abdominal muscles in both directions of rotation. The shoulder, arm, and chest muscles are reliably eliminated from the movement via a unique and padded fixation system. The other fixation elements (foot plate, knee, and shin pads) are adjusted according to the body size and bending angle of the legs. A clearly visible scale enables easy control of the respective settings. With the “V-shaped” pelvic pad, the pelvis is effectively fixed, and the hip and thigh muscles are prevented from supporting the rotational movement of the upper body. The fine gradation of weights and the low-friction drive ensure effective load deflection and a progressive increase in resistance, even during core torso rotation.
