Hip Extension A1

With the Hip Extension A1, a lateral body position reduces pressure on the spine. An extensive range of motion is possible due to the large weight plates used, and there is no adjustment necessary to assume the correct body position. Utilization of the handle allows the upper body to remain stable. There are also alternative exercises to strengthen the extensors of the spine.
